The Donabate woman, who was in her mid-30s, was struck by a car at 8.45am on Monday morning (April 7) following an incident between the car and the tram. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following a collision with the Luas tram, the car spun and hit Mrs Webster who was pinned against a wall at the junction of Abbey Street Upper and Jervis Street in the city centre. Mrs Webster was married to local man, Robin Webster, and they had a two-year-old child together. Yao was originally from China and it is understood the family were due to visit her homeland for a holiday soon.
