Woman charged with trespass and criminal damage

A 20-YEAR-OLD woman who is alleged to have trespassed and allegedly damaged a garden fence has been remanded on continuing bail until September 9 when her case will be heard.
Kathleen Carey of Wellview Avenue in Mulhuddart is charged with trespass and criminal damage at The Links in Donabate on June 27.
She is further charged with burglary at Hazel Grove in Donabate on June 25 and charged with theft of €115 worth of beauty products from Life Pharmacy in Fairway Mall, Donabate on June 28.
Defence solicitor Ms Anarine McAllister told the court she has received some disclosure but is waiting on outstanding statements.
Judge Dermot Dempsey adjourned the case until September when Ms McAllister is expected to receive full disclosure.
