Proposed site works include provision for an additional 30 no. car parking spaces & formation of new, vehicular access from Thornleigh Green to access new set down/drop off zone, 2 no. bicycle racks, no. new ballcourts enclosed with paladin fencinging, pedestrian external access ramps and steps, new external bin store, landscaped garden areas and boundary treatment at Thornleigh Educate Together National School, Applewood Village, Swords. The school building which is linked to a shared community facility containing a general purpose hall, changing facilities, store space, servery, meeting rooms, office space, and ancillary accommodation. Proposed site works to include provision for 52 no. car parking spaces via new vehicular access from public road, with exit via current site entrance, formation of new set down/drop off, 2 no. new bicycle racks, 3 no. new ball courts, junior play area, SNU Sensory Garden, ESB sub-station, external bin store, landscaped garden areas & boundary treatment at Holywell Educate Together National School, Holywell, Feltrim Road, Swords. Dublin Airport Authority plc (DAA) for development comprising alterations to the external elevations of the existing structure, the addition of a new entrance porch and the demolition of a free standing prefabricated structure on the site and other works. The external alterations comprise 1) the addition of brise-soleil (external sun-shading) on the southeast, north-east and south-west elevations, 2) alterations to the fenestration on the ground floor on the south-east, north-east and south-west elevations and 3) alterations to the plant room including the addition of a flue and a duct and alterations to the plant platform to accommodate condensing units at roof level. The proposed porch extension comprises a new entrance reception on the southeast elevation with an increase in floor area of 24.5sqm. The demolition includes the removal of a freestanding prefabricated structure located adjacent to the building and the reinstatement of the subject land to a grassed area. Other works include the construction of steps and an access ramp to the new entrance porch, a concrete footpath and landscaping works. The proposed works shall be implemented together with all associated site works and services at Personnel & Catering Building (PCB), Corballis Park, Dublin Airport. Dublin Airport Authority plc (DAA) for the installation of 13 no. banner advertisement signs. The proposed banners are 1.6 sq.m. in area on each face and are to be affixed to 13 no. existing lamp posts. Eleven no. banners are to be located on the Terminal 2 Forecourt and 2 no. banners on Corballis Road South.
