Order breach

A MAN charged with breaching a protection order has been remanded on continuing bail until September.

Boris Sramova (49), formerly of Moylara View but now living in Mahe, Strandhill Road in Sligo, is alleged to have breached the protection order on June 5 which was in place since May 26. It is alleged that he assaulted and threatened a woman at Moylara View under Section 17 of the Domestic Violence Act. Judge Dermot Dempsey granted Srmaova's solicitor a disclosure order and remanded Sramova on continuing bail to re-appear before the court on September 25.

SAFETY ORDER

A MAN charged with breaching a safety order is to have his case heard in September. Michael Bollard (26) of Kill, Granaard Road, Kilnaleck, Cavan, is alleged to have breached the order – which was in place on April 3 – on July 2 at The Green, Balrothery, when is alleged he was abusive and threatening during a phone call.

Judge Dermot Dempsey granted a hearing date of September 26 and remanded Bollard on continuing bail.
