IBAT College students celebrate graduation

STUDENTS FROM IBAT College in Swords, as well as Temple Bar, have celebrated the 2012 graduation ceremony.

The ceremony took place for the first time in the Temple Bar building, which opened in July 2011 and represented a significant development for both IBAT College and the private education market. IBAT College has offered a range of courses servicing the Swords and North Dublin community for over eight years now. Coupled with expanding to a new location; IBAT College is currently also expanding their part time course range in the Swords campus due to popular demand. In total 143 graduates received academic awards including HETAC Bachelor of Business, Higher Certificate in Business, Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, Diploma in Supervisory Management and Diploma in Project Management. Speaking at the ceremony to graduates and academic staff, Shane Ormsby, Director of IBAT College said: ' The awards we will present this morning illustrate your considerable achievements across a broad spectrum of disciplines. They illustrate the breadth of work carried out by our graduates and lecturers on all of the programmes and are a great cause for celebration.' IBAT College Dublin is a specialist third level institution run by professionals for professionals, with a real-world approach that produces work-place ready graduates. A range of courses in business, accounting, IT and management are delivered by an academic team with industry experience. They are currently enrolling students for both locations in Swords and Temple Bar for courses commencing in February 2013.
