HEALTHY Halloween heroes raised over €400 for Cystic Fibrosis with a spooktacular fancy dress fat loss bootcamp.

The lads from ProFitness Gym Balbriggan dressed in army gear to train 35 people at Balbriggan Community Centre during a special fancy dress bootcamp and, as this was a free service, donations were made by everyone to Cystic Fibrosis. John Carroll said: 'We had everyone during the one hour boot camp including Trx, weight training, push ups, swings, burpees etc and ended the session with fun themed sprints! ' Caroline Harnett, on behalf of Cystic Fibrosis, said: ' Brilliant night and a great idea by the lads that attracted loads of attention and raised vital money for this terrible disease. Adrian Harper added: The 'fancy dress' boot camp has been a great success and we are delighted to have supported Cystic Fibrosis. I shall be delivering more special edition sessions in the coming months including the new 'Reindeer' camp in December and the 'Great Selection Box Amnesty' in the first week of January.'
