John Alright (33), Shangan Gardens, Ballymun, pleaded guilty to jumping over a rear wall and entering Gannon's City Recovery Service, Roseville Industrial Park, Turvey Avenue, Donabate on Sunday, July 1. Fiona D'Arcy, solicitor for Mr Alright, said that her client was under the influence of drugs at the time he committed the offence.
