A WOMAN who is alleged to have stolen groceries through ordering them on-line and allegedly not paying for them is to have her case heard in October.

Elizabeth Tibetan of Ardgillan Lawns, Balbriggan, is accused of the theft of €286.46 of groceries from Supervalu in Balbriggan. Sergeant Bob Kavanagh told the court that Tibetan is alleged to have bought the groceries over the internet and gave a different name but her own address. Judge Dermot Dempsey remanded Tibetan on bail at Swords District Court last week and fixed a date of October 18 for hearing at Balbriggan District Court. He extended legal aid until the hearing.
