An open day will take place at St. Colmcille's Girls School this Wednesday, January 22, from 9 to 11 a.m. All welcome. Enrolment for girls starting school in September takes place from January 27 to 31 from 9 to 10.30 a.m. each morning. Baptismal Certificate must accompany all forms.

Local historians in the area were sorry to hear of the death of Paddy Weston of Lusk Heritage Group. Paddy was devoted to promoting the history of Fingal for many years. His memories have been included in an early edition of 'Swords Voices'. Sincere sympathy is extended to his family and friends.
The death has occurred of local man Noel Flynn of Glassmore Park. His funeral took place on Wednesday, January 15, to Rolestown Cemetery after Mass at St. Cronan's Church. Condolences to his family and friends.
