Two lovely prizes are up for grabs – one is a beautiful quilt kindly donated by the Lusk Quilters and a fantastic framed photograph by retired volunteer crew and Lifeboat Training Officer Eric Walsh.

Volunteer Lifeboat Press Officer, Gerry Canning said: 'The quilt is handmade, with each square made from various fabrics and patterns from all over the world.

'The photo is a little bit of history. It was taken the on the day President Michael D. Higgins unveiled the Sea Pole Memorial and shows Skerries RNLI, Clogherhead RNLI and Howth RNLI lifeboats'

Tickets for the raffle will be available at Skerries RNLI lifeboat station every Sunday until December 15th between 11 am and 1 pm where fundraisers will also be selling a great range of Christmas cards and gifts. Tickets cost €2 euro each or a strip of six tickets for €10.
