Scor na nog in action

FINGALLIANS GAA Club will be competing in this years Scór na nÓg competition with Dublin semi-finals being held in Craobh Chiaráin GAA club, beside Parnell Park.
The event is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. on November 13 and 15 and aims to showcase the best of Irish cultural talent with the competition going all the way up to All-Ireland finals. Fingallians will have twenty competitors at Under 17 levels taking part in the following categories: ballad group, instrumental Group, Irish dancing, solo singing and table quiz.
The club P.R.O. Paul Gormley said: ' We are confident that these talented youngsers from within our ranks will be very successful. 'A special thanks must go to Esther Williams, Lucia Guerrini and Liam Ó'Culbáird who have put in countless hours co-ordinating and practicing with the competitors. We urge as many as possible to go along and cheer on our club.
'Regardless of our own involvement it is a great nights entertainment. Guíonn muid gach rath orthu.'
