THE LONG-ESTABLISHED Scoil Rince Cualann based in Balbriggan is resuming classes in September after a very busy summer.
The group has just returned from an international Folk Dance Festival in Gyongy Hungry where they joined groups from Spain, Turkey, Argentina, Italy, Poland and Russia among others, The group holds classes in Balbriggan, Balscadden, Balrothery and Loughshinny and are open to all age groups from four to adults. Balscadden adult classes take place on Mondays at 8pm in the Balscadden Community Centre. On Tuesday, classes are held in Balrothery National School at 3pm and in Gael Scoil Baile Brigin at 4pm.
Wednesday classes are held in Town Hall Balbriggan at 3pm, in St Georges National School at 2.40pm and at 5pm in the order Of Malta Hall Hampton Street. Thursday classes are held in Balscadden National School at 2.40pm and on Fridays at St Brendans NS Loughshinny after school. For further information go to Facebook.com/scoilrincecualann.
