Cllr Anthony Lavin (FG) asked that the council 'ensure that the wall adjacent to the derelict site in Lisadell be repaired and that the land owner of the derelict site ensures that steps are taken to prevent this short cut to the Swords Road and the anti social behaviour it brings to local residents in Lisadell'. The council replied: 'An inspection of the site revealed that the wall is not considered to be a dangerous wall. ' The inspection revealed that a portion of wall has been removed giving access through the adjacent site to the Swords Road. 'In addition the adjacent site could be considered to be a derelict site within the meaning of the Derelict Sites Act 1990. ' The owner/developer of the site has been requested to rebuild the portion of the wall which has been removed. ' In addition the owner/developer has been requested to render the site non-derelict and to maintain the site in a neat and tidy condition.'
