Willy Wonka fun at Malahide Castle

WILLY Wonka is set to spend Easter in Malahide when the most chocolate-laden holiday of them all is celebrated at Malahide Castle and Gardens.
Malahide Castle promises a day of weird and wonderful fun at Wonka's Wacky Easter Trail on Saturday, April 19, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Roald Dahl's famous book 'Charile & The Chocolate Factory'.
Bring along the kids to wander their way around the secret walled garden with help from a map and advice from Willy Wonka characters. There will be facepainting and a showing of the original Willy Wonka motion picture in the Project Room.

The morning event takes place from 10 a.m.- 12.30 p.m. and the Easter trail will run throughout this period so please feel free to arrive between 10 and 11 a.m. The afternoon event takes place from 2-4.30 p.m. so feel free to arrive between 2 and 3 p.m.
