The album entitled 'Touched by Love' features vocals by Malahide singer Mary O'Callaghan, who along with fellow vocalist, Catherine O'Donovan, came up with the concept for the album.

'Touched by Love' also features Eurovision winner, Charlie McGettigan and the voice of Liam Butler with the music provided by traditional musicians, The O'Brien Family.

Mary and Catherine have been great friends for more than 30 years and have a very personal connection to the hospice.

Catherine's husband Jim died in the Hospice in 2012 and Mary has been a volunteer for many years.

Their experiences have encouraged them to become actively involved in supporting the work of the hospice by raising much-needed funds.

The album has been produced to support the work of the hospice by raising much needed funds so that those journeying towards the end of life, their families and friends may continue to receive the care they so richly deserve.

Touched by Love was an idea brought about through Mary and Catherine's love of singing and desire to support the hospice in all they do.

All proceeds from the sale of the album, which is priced at €10, will go directly to St. Francis Hospice.

The album was released on December 6, and is available to buy online from www.touched-by-love.com or from retail outlets in Malahide including Lulu Belle in Townyard Lane, LB2 in Townyard Lane and Malahide hair Studios.
