MEMBERS of Malahide Musical Society have once again proved what a talented bunch they are.

The group has just completed a three-night of Neil Simon's 'The Odd Couple' at ALSAA which went down a treat with the audience each night.

The production originally ran for three nights in the PSLC in Portmarnock to great success and returned due to popular demand.

Directed by Lynda O' Neill, this hilarious 1985 update of Simon's original The Odd Couple follows newly single, neat-freak Florence as she moves in with her good friend, the slovenly Olive Madison. Joined by their group of witty Trivial Pursuit playing friends and a pair of handsome Spanish neighbours, Olive and Florence are the most mismatched roommate's of all time.

The play featured Jean Bennett (Olive), Sandra Murphy (Florence), Michelle O' Hara (Mickey), Ciara Hanratty (Renee), Marissa Magner ( Vera), Lynda O'Neill (Sylvie), Peter Fitzsimons (Manolo), and Glenn Mullins ( Jesus).

The group also recently held an open night at the new parish centre in Malahide, which was well attended.
