Both fell to opening day defeats and this weekend proved just as fruitless for the duo. Bridge Rovers put in a much better shift this week when they came up against Wexford Celtic but The Bogside club still suffered a 1-2 defeat.

Rosslare Rangers' loss came in a home tie against Ajax Athletic. Athletic came out 0-2 winners.

Curracloe United are at the opposite end of the spectrum to Rovers and Rangers. They flexed their attacking muscles once again on Sunday as they fired four goals past Bunclody on their way to a 4-1 victory.

Liam Donnelly bagged two of those efforts, with Killian Connor and Darren Doyle contributing the others.

Ferns United put their first points of the season on the board thanks to a win over Adamstown.

The previous week they'd lost 0-2 to Bunclody but on Sunday they inflicted a 0-2 defeat of their own on the Church Road side.

St. Leonard 's kept their 100% intact as well this week courtesy of their 3-1 success over Enniscorthy United.
