Recipe book to mark 50 years of Wexford cheddar

WEXFORD Creamery has produced a collection of recipes from the Wexford Federation ICA featuring Wexford Cheddar, milk, cream and buttermilk to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first Wexford cheddar produced at the dairy in Rocklands, Wexford.
Members of the Wexford Federation ICA contributed a total of 31 recipes from savoury breads and scones, to light meals, to main courses and desserts.
Wexford Creamery teamed up with the federation for this project as it recognises the ICA as a wonderful community organisation that has a very positive impact on famililes across the county.
The recipe collection is available free of charge while stocks last from all Supervalu stores in County Wexford with any purchase of Wexford Cheddar. Supervalu stores participating are – Pettits Supervalu, St Aidans, Pettits Supervalu, the Quay, Wexford town, Pettits Supervalu, Enniscorthy, Pettits Supervalu, Gorey, Caulfields Supervalu, Enniscorthy, Caulfields Supervalu, New Ross, O'Reilly's Supervalu, Bunclody, Wallaces Supervalu, Wellington Bridge and Murphy's Supervalu, Rosslare.
