Forgery and theft charges levelled against Jean Robson (29) from 31 Gimont Avenue in Enniscorthy may be dealt with in the District Court only if she pleads guilty. Otherwise she will be referred to the Circuit Court.
That was the decision of the Director of Public Prosecutions as told to Judge Gerard Haughton last week.
The offences allegedly occurred at Ms. Robson's home on April 28, 2011.
Also before the court was Alan Robson (54) from the same address, accused of impeding a Garda investigation. Both defendants were assigned the services of solicitor Mark Quinn under the free legal aid scheme and told to return to the courthouse in Gorey on September 3.
