Burglary case is adjourned

A NORTH WEXFORD man charged with burglary and unlawful carriage in a motor vehicle appeared before Judge Patrick Clyne at Wexford District Court on Monday last.

Dean Harcourt, of 1 Villa Mara, Ardamine, Courtown, was charged with burglary at The Cloisters, Castlebridge, on May 28 last, and with unlawful carriage in a motor vehicle on same occasion.

Defence Solicitor, Timmy Cummings, told the court that the defendant is not working, adding that the defendant is undertaking an eight week programme in Cuan Mhuire.

Mr. Cummings also made an application for free legal aid.

Adjourning the case to January 15 next, Judge Clyne also granted the application for free legal aid.
