Burglaries 'are linked'

Published 09/08/2014 | 00:00

GARDAI believe that three burglaries in the Killenagh to Ballygarrett area last Thursday are linked.

A front window was broken at a house in Killenagh between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. A sum of cash was taken.

Entry was gained to a house in Ballygarrett by a rear bedroom window. The break-in occurred between 9.30 a.m. and 2 p.m. A credit card was stolen.

Meanwhile, it's not clear what was taken from a house at Cahore, which was broken into through a smashed front window, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
