A €500 donation to the Cornmarket Project will help Anthony Walsh (24) of 2 Riverchapel Park, Riverchapel, avoid a drugs charge, Gorey District Court heard last week.
He admitted possessing €30 worth of cannabis at Riverchapel on May 10, 2011. He told the court he's hoping to move to Dubai in January. Judge Haughton said that if the charitable donation is made by December 13, he will give him the benefit of the Probation Act.
