There was a good turn out for the busy evening.

As the Club is now twenty-one years in existence, a coming-of-age dinner is being organised for Wednesday 28th November at the Ashdown Park Hotel. The Club's Social Evening is held on the first Monday of the month at the school and is a very popular event in the community.

Membership averages twenty and it is still going strong. A demonstration or talk is arranged for each month and innumerable guests have obliged us down through the years. A cake sale in July helps with the money problem and nonmembers from the area always contribute produce for this sale. After paying expenses at the end of the year, a sum of money from the funds is donated to a local charity. Thanks to the Board of Management for allowing us the room for the meetings.

The Christmas Craft Fair takes place in the school on Sunday 25th November from 12 noon to 4 p.m.Cost per table is €15 Please contact Colette at 0863320360. Mass is held on each Thursday at 10. a.m. in St. Kevin's for the children but all are welcome.
