Probation Report sought on dealer

AN ENNISCORTHY man who pleaded guilty to the possesion of drugs for sale or supply to others had his sentence adjourned to allow for the preparation of a Probation and Welfare report.
David Davis, of 37 Moran Park, pleaded guilty at Wexford Circuit Court last week to having a quantity of mephed more at Enniscorthy on April 24 last year.
Defence Counsel, Colman Cody, B.L., asked for an adjournment of sentencing to allow for the preparation of a Probation and Welfare report. He said that the defendant had been liaising previously with the Probation services.
Judge Pauline Codd said she would remand the defendant on continuing bail to January 15 next.
