Car case adjourned

A 56-YEAR- OLD MAN appeared at the District Court on motor insurance and taking a car without permission charges.
Garda Inspector Pat Cody alleged that Mick Mahon of 5 Mayview Park in Oulart had driven a vehicle belonging to his partner on March 3. The inspector told Judge Gerard Haughton that the 1999 registered red Toyota Corolla was reported stolen and that Mahon was apprehended by Garda Michael O'Grady. The accused was assigned the services of solicitor Peter Crean under the free legal aid scheme and told to come back to court on February 6.
