The 63rd Bunclody Show takes place on August 16, billed as a 'celebration of the richness of traditional crafts and skills'. The show at the Vocational College in Irish Street brings out the best in cooks and gardeners, with artists, writers and photographers also encouraged to parade their skills.
Crafts include patchwork, knitting and sewing. The flower section at the Bunclody Show has a great reputation while the home produce classes will be a feast for the eye. Entry forms are available in Redmond's newsagents on Main Street in Bunclody. The committee is recruiting volunteers to assist in setting up, catering and stewarding.
