IT WAS A successful and busy week for the NWSPCA.

Squidgy, Bruno, and Taylor, his young friend left the kennels.

The guest re-homing programme that the society runs assisted in re-homing three dogs and two cats. While no cats or kittens were re-homed from the cattery, many have been chosen.

Meet Ele, pictured, a beautiful St Bernard. She is dominant lady who loves to be in doors to keep you company. A little clumsy but she is good with children and with cats. Ele loves her walks and, even more so, loves relaxing! The society is looking for someone with good space, who will have Ele indoors and will also continue with her manners training.

The North Wexford SPCA is always on the look out for new volunteers. If you can spare a few hours per week, please contact 087 6392531, write to or search for the society on Facebook.

All NWSPCA cats and dogs are neutered and vaccinated. If too young to be neutered (six months or younger), our homing agreement states that the new owner will neuter them at the appropriate age.
