This was an incredible time considering the course was 67km long and featured mountain running on Croagh Patrick, cycling and kayaking!

Closer to home at the Louth Sports Day, Dunleer AC's juveniles were in action, with Conor Brennan, Andrew Traynor, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Josh Seberry, Seán Mc Evoy, Conor Mc Bride and Shane Cheshire competing for the boys, and Danielle Brennan, Vanessa Brennan, Grace Fitzpatrick, Aeyla Orr, Erin Orr, Emma Cheshire, Seoda Matthews, Aisling Matthews, Ciara Matthews, Aoife Holmes, Saoirse Holmes and Odette Flannery in the girls' events.

There were medals across the board for the Dunleer AC kids in the sprints, middle distance, shot put, turbo javelin, long jump and relays and a great day of athletics was enjoyed by all.
