Campbell's Park is sight for sore eyes

THERE are times of the year when estates look a bit battered and in need of some TLC.
But Ardee's Campbell's Park is certainly not in that category.
I was in the area last week and it was a shining light on a damp January day.
It is compact with limited green space but what it has is used to its best.
There's an area with a little seat and a welcoming message saying 'sit a while' and beside it an insect hotel, which is well used.
The entrance is immaculate and of course the sign says it all - Best Estate 2010.
So to those wonderful people that maintain Campbell's Park and Dawson's Demesne, take a bow in January 2014, you are a credit to the country.
