Stooshe to play TLT
CHART-topping English group Stooshe are to play the TLT in a headlining concert on December 29, it has been revealed.
Stooshe are an English girl group from London, consisting of members Alexandra Buggs, Karis Anderson and Courtney Rumbold.
They enjoyed a hug hit last year with 'Black Heart'.
Local singer Saoirse Kavanagh will be supporting on the night.
THE annual commemoration at the war memorial on Mary Street takes place this year on Saturday, November 2, at 11 a.m.
All are welcome to attend.
It will be led by Mayor Richie Culhane.

Who are Drogheda's bygone heroes? An exhibition of art to show just who local artists rank as their own personal local hero is being planned for next Easter.
Artists of all ages and abilities and being asked to have their brushes at the ready.
'The idea is to celebrate those that are dead and gone and who contributed to our town,' Cllr. Frank Godfrey stated. 'It can be anyone, from Nano Reid to Fr. Jim Kiely, Pat Carr, Peter Moore, Harry Fairclough, Benjamin Whitworth or whoever.'
Local artists groups have expressed an interest in taking part.
'It's not a competition, just a celebration and we want to get as many artists involved as possible. It would be great to sell the pieces and donate the proceeds to various charities.'
A meeting is being held on Thursday, October 31, in the d Hotel at 7.30 p.m. to put the event in place.
THE Drogheda branch of the National Widows Group will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, October 31, in the Westcourt Hotel at 3.30 p.m. New members welcome.
THERE'S a super quiz night in Jimmy Foley's lounge on Trinity St on Friday, November 1, at 8.30 p.m. It's in aid of Cystic Fibrosis.
