Comedy Poet Writer Enda Murray, originally from Longford, now resident in Ardee is getting ready to release his first children's book of comedy poetry.
This is the poet's 7th book to date, however, it is the first collection of children's poems.
The book is called "A Horrid Book of Stinky Little Poems" and starts with The Ghost Hound of Ardee, originally written and performed for the children of Ardee on Halloween night 2012.
There are 35 poems in all, the shortest being a 5 line Limerick with the average of one poem per page. There is some very apt illustrations within and there are a number of blank cartoons left for creative little genius's to colour in. The clever writing makes this book witty for any age, not just those on Santy's list. The books are €5 and if you order directly with the author he'll sign the book with a dedication to your child. This is a self published book and orders have already been received from the UK and Canada.
