DANCERS from the Lolo Robinson School of Irish Dancing entertained international visitors from all over Europe recently at the Gala Dinner of the European Paralympic Conference in the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.
As well as performing dances such as 'Siamsa' and 'Currachs on the Boyne', two of the dancers, Ciara Brannigan and Grainne Casey, entertained the audience with traditional Irish songs.
Aisling Clinton, Alannah Murphy and Orla Brannigan joined with Ciara and Grainne in playing traditional Irish music for the visitors.
'We were honoured to be invited to perform on this very special occasion as it was the first time this event was held in Ireland,' Lolo told the Drogheda Independent.
'Some of the visitors were household names in Ireland during the London 2012 Paralympic Games and they really appreciated our Irish culture.'
