Barry Kirwan returns to McHugh's with his show

Rising country music star, Barry Kirwan, returns to McHugh's Country Music and Cabaret Club on Thursday March 23rd, by popular demand.

Barry, son of top entertainer Dominic Kirwan, appeared in the Drogheda venue in November and made a big impression and the organisers were happy to bring him back.

Barry and his band are only nine months on the road but they have been getting rave reviews.

His single "Up the Jive" topped the country charts in Ireland and he was one of the nine stars chosen to mentor contestants on the popular "Glor Tire" talent show on TG4.

He is building up a following with his non stop dancing programme and he is certain to follow in his father's footsteps to be one of the top country music acts in Ireland.

Doors open at 9 pm with the band on stage at 10 pm with Smileys Country Roadshow providing music for dancing from 9pm - 10pm .
