Have you ever wondered how a writer makes an idea come to life on the pages of a book? How do you prepare to write a novel? How do you create a character that will be believable and interesting? How do you convey a sense of time and place about things that might have happened in the past? Where do you start? Now is your chance to find out.
A highlight of Drogheda Museum Millmount's Heritage Day next Sunday will be the workshop on creative writing to be presented by Nicola Pierce. , pictured right. Although born in Dublin, Nicola has lived in Drogheda for some years and now thinks of this historic town as home.
