A MAN currently serving a prison sentence for robbery got another 21 days added on for stealing packets of razors from a shop in Mallow.
Inspector Tony O'Sullivan told Mallow court this week that Christopher Jones went into Dano's Supervalu in Mallow and stole twin packets of razors on August 24, 2012. However, his getaway wasn't quite as sharp and he was quickly identified.
Meanwhile, he is already serving a prison sentence for robbery.
Mr Jones (20) of 27 Cahergal Avenue, Cork was described by his solicitor, Michelle O'Mahony, as someone who has had "some difficulties in his life."
She said he pleaded guilty to the charge and asked the court to be as lenient as possible.
