DAVE Sweeney's strike for Blarney Utd against Leeds put them through to the third round in a game that finished 1-0.

BEAMISH STOUT SENIOR PREMIER DIVISION

ON Friday, April 1, Rockmount had an impressive 3-0 victory against Tramore. John Gaffney, Gary O'Riordan and David Welsh were the goal scorers. Everton's good run of form continues as they defeated Midleton 1-0 in Knockgriffin.

On Saturday, league leaders, Douglas Hall dropped points as they lost 3-1 to St Mary's in St Mary's Park. Avondale Utd shared the spoils with Mayfield Utd in a game that finished 1-1. Mark O'Sullivan got the goal for Avondale, while Greg Kelly scored for Mayfield.

BEAMISH STOUT SENIOR 1ST DIVISION

ON Sunday Ballincollig suffered a heavy 5-1 home defeat against Castleview. College Corinthians produced a brilliant display of football as they won by an unbelievable 7-0 against Casement Celtic in Corinthians Park.

BEAMISH STOUT SENIOR 2ND DIVISION

ON Sunday morning, April 3 Youghal Utd travelled to Camden Park and put seven past Crosshaven in a game that finished 7-2. A Gary Aherne double and goals from Aidan Lehane and Gavin Quirke gave Garryduff a 4-1 win over CIT in Garryduff. Ken Sullivan and Tom Hornebrook ensured victory for Temple Utd as they won 2-1 against Passage, in Passage.

BEAMISH STOUT JUNIOR SUPER CUP 2ND ROUND

BLARNEY Utd advance to the next round, after their 2-1 win against College Corinthians in Corinthians Park. Ryan Corbett scored the winner for Blarney in the 87th minute.

Crofton Celtic also advance to the next round after beating Everton 3-2 in CIT.

BEAMISH STOUT JUNIOR PREMIER DIVISION

ON Friday Mayfield Utd came out on top against Carrigaline in a game that finished 2-1 in Ballea Park. A Mark Rearden hat-trick and a single for Patrick White add up to an impressive 4-0 win over UCC A in the Douglas Hall grounds. On Saturday Glasheen drew 1-1 with Cobh Wanderers in Glasheen Park.

Jason Murphy fired for Midleton but it wasn't enough as Graham O'Leary scored the deciding goal for Ringmahon Regs in a match that finished 2-1.

BEAMISH STOUT JUNIOR 1ST DIVISION

ON Saturday Crosshaven drew 1-1 with Brooklodge in Camden Park. Ringmahon Regs B travelled to Tramore Park and won 1-0 against Tramore Ath thanks to a Jason McCarthy goal.

On Sunday morning, Mallow Utd recorded a good 2-1 win over Avondale, in Avondale Park. Ken Berry got the goal for Avondale but two great goals from Stephen Noonan and Jay Clow secured all the points.
