Ballincollig into semis of the County Cup

IN the first leg of the AOH Cup semi-final, Wilton Utd were 4-1 winners against home side Killumney Utd. In the other semi final, Kinsale A played host to Leeside A and the match finished 1-1 so it will be all to play for in the second leg.
In the County Cup quarter-finals, Ballincollig advance to the semi finals after their 1-0 win over Rylane Celtic. Neither, Leeside or Innishvilla could find a winner in their quarter final when the game finished 1-1 after 90 minutes. Leeside got another chance in extra time and they took it to win 2-1 and advance to the semi finals.
In the Premier League, Knockavilla Celtic earned an important three points after their 2-1, away win against Blarney St Ath. In the Premier A League, Kanturk did just enough to see off Glenthoran Celtic in a tight 2-1 win.
Greenwood had a comfortable 3-0 win against Village Utd and Leeds came out on top against Bohemians in a cracking 3-2 encounter.
In the AUL 1, Knockraha got the better of Glen Celtic in a game that finished 2-1. Buttevant travelled to St John Boscos and were 5-2 winners against the home side. Carrigtwohill thrashed Shandon Celtic 5-0, while Fairview eased past Dillon's Cross in a 1-0 win.
In the AUL 1A, Glenvale fired six past Rathcoole Rovers, who could only manage to score two in a goal filled match that ended 6-2. Kilreen Celtic also won by for goals in their 5-1 victory over Donoughmore Ath. Richmond and Douglas Hall produced one better by keeping a clean sheets and still scoring five goals in their 5-0 wins over Greenmount Rangers and Grangevale respectively.
In the AUL 2, Hibernians defeated Casement Celtic 3-0, while Wilton B travelled to Kinsale and Wilton B were 5-1 winners. In the AUL 2A, Killown drew 2-2 with Crescent Ath and Leeview drew 1-1 with CFC Banteer. In the AUL 2B, Watergrasshill were 40 winners against Central Rovers. Corkbeg shared six goals with Brooklodge in a goal-fest that finished 3-3.
There was also six goals scored in Cathedral Celtic's match against Churchvilla, except Cathedral Celtic scored all six goals in a 6-0 hammering. If 12 goals in two matches in this league over the weekend, Glanworth got the better of Ballintotis in a ten goal thriller that finished 6-4 to Glanworth.
In the AUL 3, Glen Celtic drew 1-1 with Greenwood, while St John Boscos were 3-2 winners against Cork Road Celtic. In the AUL 3A, Hillington and Bweeng displayed some superb football in their tie that finished 4-4.
Gratten Utd were 3-2 winners against Lakewood Ath, while Knocknaheeny Celtic travelled to Buttevant and defeated the home side 3-2.
