Good second half sees Fermoy easy winners

BALLYHOOLY looked very impressive in the first half of this Division 2 FL at Fermoy on Sunday when ahead 0-8 to 0-2 after 25 minutes. Damian O'Hagan goaled in the 28th minute and the lead was down to 3 points at the break 0-8 to 1-2.

For the second half Fermoy wind assisted were complete masters. They dominated in the half backline and their midfielders and forwards were in very good scoring form accounting for 2-8 while Ballyhooly had just two points in this half.

Fermoy's second half goals came from James Campion in the 44th minute after a four man attack and the third by Arlene Aherne after being put through by James Campion.

In the end Fermoy had three goals to spare.
