The event will feature sets by three of Ireland's most exciting new bands Tieranniesaur, Squarehead and Land Lovers.

Popical Island is a small, hard-working pop collective based in Dublin. Self described as "a bunch of nerds who like to play music together".

Formed by the bands Land Lovers, Yeh Deadlies and Groom in 2010, it also is home to some of Ireland's most exciting pop bands, including No Monster Club, So Cow, Squarehead, Capital Trid and Pantone 247.

Having released a compilation, Popical Island #1, in June 2010, the collective has since gone on to start a monthly club night, Popicalia, as well as numerous gigs in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Belfast.

Admission to the gig, which starts at 9pm is free, however early arrival is advised as the gig is expected to attract a large crowd.
