Programme focusing on maximising sales opportunities

Maximising every sales opportunity is the focus of a two-day programme at Fermoy Community Youth Centre in November.
On Friday, November 8 & 15, The North Cork Enterprise Board will run the programme which will provide you with key insights into why people buy and will equip you with best practice techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
Day one will focus on introductory/basic personal and sales success concepts, including why people buy, and the new way to sell and build customer trust.
Listening to customers and prospects to establish their needs, and understanding your competitors' offerings will also b eincluded in day one, as well as getting the 'second sale', sales planning, budgeting and top customer care practices
Day two will focus on insights into different personality styles and temperaments of clients and prospects. It will also look at applying your personalised insights as well as look into better ways of communicating your message and interacting with clients.
The course runs from 9.30am-4.30pm each day and costs €50.
