Legend Rogers is headed this way

ONE of the true legends of the American country music, Kenny Rogers, has announced he will play two dates at the INEC in Killarney next July.
The concerts, which are likely to be his only Irish dates this year, will take place on, Thursday, July 4 (American Independence Day) and, Sunday, July 7.
During a career that has spanned more than five decades, Kenny Rogers has sold millions of records, earned countless awards, and become one of an elite few whose voice and face are instantly recognisable the world over.
His trademark raspy voice, combined with his ability to paint a vivid picture through his lyrics has endeared Rogers to a global audience of millions making him one of country music best loved performers.
The Recording Industry Association of America's eighth best selling artist of all time, Rogers has sold more than 120 million records and won three Grammy Awards.
In May of last year Rogers completed his Country Music Hall of Fame and museum Artist- in- Resident in Nashville, which was marked by two stunning intimate performances at the Hall of Fame's Ford Theatre.
