Dromtarriffe and Kilcorney Senior's Alert/ Neighbour Watch Scheme
Important meeting of the above will take place in the Fairfield Room Dromtarriffe Community Centre on Monday Night April 29th at 9 00pm sharp. All existing members are asked to attend this meeting as well as Members of the Public who have an interest in the safety of your own welfare and property as well as that of your Neighbour who may not be in the same position as yourself to articulate and communicate their fears and anxiety in the present climate in which we live.
This is not about spreading fear or anxiety but to make people aware and advise them how to take some small procedures in order to make life of the criminal that little bit harder and in doing so make for a much more peace-of-mind and hopefully their life a little bit more peaceful and secure
This advice and information will be delivered on the night by Members of An Garda Siochana based on painstaking and vital statistics built up over a period of time from the unfortunate experience of having to deal with on-going burglaries and break-ins on people's property
A lot of which could have been prevented with a little bit more care and property security conscience people
This meeting will be a build up to a big Public Meeting in the Autumn If the People of Dromtarriffe, Kilcorney and surrounding parishes are interested in the safety and security of themselves and their neighbours to make for the winter of 2013 / 2014 a much safer and crime free one the committee wish to see a big turnout at this meeting.
