Scoil Mhuire Transition Year student Honor O'Flynn, a finalist in the 2013 Young Entrepreneur Programme, had another busy week as she prepared for the final to be held in Killarney next month.
On Friday Honor again headed to Tralee where she had to make another 25-minute pitch in front of four judges, including entrepreneur Jerry Kennelly who set up the YEP. On Monday Honor had a video shoot and this will be shown on the night of the final. She was spending this Wednesday and Thursday in Dublin with the other finalists.
Honor designed a sun visor for a hurling helmet and is currently in talks with helmet manufacturers about her product.
Best of luck to Honor in the final stages of the judging.
