Highest green flag in Ireland set to be raised

MEELIN National School will this week receive their first green flag for work done on reducing litter and waste.

It is the accumulation of a lot of hard work and we are delighted to be awarded this first green flag.

A ceremony to mark the raising of what we believe is the highest green flag in Ireland will take place before the summer holidays.
