THE Sib Support Workshops provide opportunities for brothers and sisters of children with special needs to obtain peer support and education with a recreational context.
The activity of the workshops provide a chance to meet other siblings in a relaxed and leisurely setting and to discuss common joys and their concerns and there is an opportunity to learn how others manage similar situations.
These workshops are for brothers and sisters between the ages of 7 and 12. They commence on Thursday November 8 and run for four consecutive weeks from 5.30pm to 7pm. There is no charge for the workshops but children will need to bring a light snack and drink. To book your place contact the main office at Le Chèile Family Resource Centre on 02242439.
