TODAY we are facing very tough and challenging times in many different areas of life; financially, physically and emotionally.

You can train your brain to focus on the positive and react in a positive way, though you will need to practice. Begin your day with smart questions and answer each every morning - you will be amazed as to how things will begin to transform. Universal law states that what you put out you will get more of! The best way that I know of to feel happy and positive is to give. You don't have to wait till you are able to give huge things, give something today, right now, no matter how small it is a smile, hug, respect, love, advice, a gift and help or comfort someone or just make someone feel good. Make it a habit to give something every day of your life, and see how much your life will change in a positive way!
