Oh yes it is!

PANTO has season hit Fermoy with a vengeance with not one but two glitzy productions taking place in the area this month.

Last weekend the Palace Theatre in the Fermoy Community Centre staged three shows of 'The Sleeping Beauty' attracting huge numbers of people to the venue to join in the fun and frolics.

The show will return to the venue for four performances this coming weekend, with tickets available from the centre on 025 32042.

Friday night will also see the opening of another panto at the Corrin Events Centre where well-known local actor, wit and raconteur Kevin McCormack will take centre stage as the one of the Ugly Sisters in his production company's version of the classic 'Cinderella'.

The show will run for three nights over the next two weekends, with plenty of laughs and high jinks guaranteed.

Tickets for the shows, priced at €12, are available from Hanley's Newsagents or the Corrin Event Centre on 025 31611.

It's certainly all happening in Fermoy.
