NAOMH EOIN-MYSHALl won the Minor football B championship final when they came from behind to defeat Kildavin - Clonegal in a highly entertaining and sporting final at McGrath Park on Saturday.
Naomh Eoin went in to 0-5 to 0-1 lead after 20 minutes. A Johnny Farrell goal lit the fuse for the Kildavin-Clonegal men as they were back on level terms at half time Kildavin-Clonegal 1-3 Naomh Eoin-Myshall 0-6.
Kildavin-Clonegal, with scores from the accurate Daniel Murphy, edged ahead and were looking good.
