Thursday will be a mainly dry day with some sunshine. Thursday night is likely to stay dry with clear spells and slack winds, resulting in an increasing risk of frost and fog patches. Friday is expected to start dry, but rain is likely to develop in western and southern areas during the day, spreading to many other parts later. The weekend will be cool with a mix of dry and bright weather and showers or some longer spells of rain.
