On Monday 26th May it will be the 4th night of the Solemn Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, in St. Clare's Church, Graiguecullen.
Invited speaker on the night will be Magnus MacFarlane, Founder of Marys Meals, to share his journey of faith throughout his life.
The Rosary begins at 7.10pm and the Solemn Novena begins at 7.30pm. Faith is very strong in St. Clare's church on these nights and is felt by everyone attending.
EIRE OG LOTTO NEWS
The ÉIRE ÓG winning Lotto numbers for Monday May 12 were 6,13, 19 and 28. There was no jackpot winner. There were three Match 3 winners who received €50. CHARITY 5KM WALK/RUN
A Charity 5km Fun Walk/Run is being organised by Fitnesse Fit Bootcamp on Sunday 25 May at Fenagh GAA grounds, in aid of M.S. Ireland, Carlow Branch. Registration takes place between 10.30 am and 11.30am. Run starts @ 12 noon. Adults €10; children and U16's €2.This is a Family Fun Walk/Run.

The Diocese has designated the Offertory Collection from all Masses next weekend Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May in Askea Church to be allocated to the Retired Priests' Collection Fund. Envelopes for donations for the support of the Retired Priests are available in the Church. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Trip to Knock
Bishop Denis Nulty invites all parishioners to join him in this year's diocesan pilgrimage to Knock on Sunday 1st June 2014. Bus leaves Askea Church car park at 7.30am.

The Irish Wheelchair Association will run a Pop -Up Shop at 43 Tullow Street Carlow, (beside Whites Chemist), from Tuesday 20th May to Wednesday 28th May from 9.30am - 5.30pm.

SOLO ART EXHIBITION
A 'once-off' Solo Art Exhibition and Sale will take place in Askea Parish Community Centre on the weekend of 24th and 25th May after all Masses. Works are by John Keating, Beechwood Park and are available to view in the Centre during opening hours. Special knockdown prices to raise much needed funds for Missions in Bangladesh.
